Meet the Presidency
2023-2024
Tiffany Lundy
President
Hello all! I am just thrilled to serve as your MBASA President this year! My husband, Chris, and I have been married for 9 years this September. We both graduated from BYU-Idaho in business and served missions. Chris served in the Philippines and I served in Taiwan. We currently have three beautiful children, Ethan (6), Andrew(4), Elizabeth (2) and a fourth sweet baby boy coming at the end of September! I am from Florida and my husband is from Michigan. We met as children when my father took a temporary position in Michigan. It’s a fun story, I’ll share it anytime! The Lord really does lead you to those you need in your life. We moved from Blackfoot Idaho to attend this amazing program and have truly cherished our time here thus far! I work part-time from home as a health coach and full-time mother. I enjoy board games, music, long walks on the beach, getting to know people, and just being the company of others.
There have been many highs and lows in this stage of life for us but through it all, i wouldn’t change any of it. MBASA has been a source of strength, comfort, personal and spiritual growth for me. I’ve had the opportunity to make lasting friendships, memories and learn from some amazing individuals I wouldn’t have met otherwise.
This program is intense for all involved and I’m grateful to have MBASA there to compliment every aspect of it. I want nothing more than to share it with each of you! Please feel free to reach out at any time. I can’t wait to meet you all!
Lauren Mosley
Vice President
Hello! I am Lauren Mosley and looking forward to being your MBASA Vice President! I can’t wait to get to know or continue to get to know each of you! I grew up in Idaho and then went to BYU where I graduated in Early Childhood Education. I then moved to Arizona and taught Kindergarten for five years, I loved it! I met my husband in Arizona and we have been married for two years. We have a sweet baby girl, ilya jo who has completely changed our life for the better! It has been so fun to be back at BYU so I can play as many intramurals as I can fit in. My husband is doing the supply chain track and I can’t wait to see where that leads us! I love to play sports, read a good book and hike and camp with my husband. Can’t wait for this next year of MBASA and spending time with you all!
Neil Turley
Director of Committees
I grew up here in Provo, Utah, but I've been living in Austin Texas for the past ten years or so. I've been working remotely as a software engineer at a little start up for the past few years and I'm having a great time. My wife is pivoting from nursing and we have two kids, 2 and 5, both boys. My wife and I love board games, we even had a board game themed wedding. I love making little fun websites and overthinking TV shows. I love learning about new things and teaching about subjects that I'm passionate about.
Paula Serradell
Secretary
Hi there! I'm Paula Serradell. I am so excited to serve as the Secretary this year. I have loved being part of MBASA so far. I promise, you are going to love it too.
My husband Fabián and I are from Santiago, Chile although I grew up in the Central South of Chile, We have been married for 9 years and we are the parents to two beautiful, smart and funny children, Helena and Luciano.
I am a bilingual elementary school teacher. I am a life-long learner. I love learning, that is the reason I am always looking for new things to learn. I like to spend my time reading books with good music. During winter I add a cup of hot chocolate. I really enjoy dancing as well and I've discovered I really enjoy building Legos with my kids.
The people I have met through MBASA are strong and inspiring. I am grateful to have this experience in my life. I love making people feel welcomed. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns you might have.
This is going to be an awesome year!
Elizabeth Fritz
Treasurer
Hello! I am Elizabeth (Liz) Fritz and am so excited to serve as the MBASA Treasurer this year. I am a stay at home mom to two boys and we enjoy roaming Trader Joes, going to the park, and having mom and son lunch dates at Sam's Club. Before having my boys, I was a 6th grade teacher for 3 years. In my free time (what is free time?) I love to play volleyball, watch Dateline, listen to podcasts, and bake. I look forward to making more friends in MBASA and having fun together!
